PAYMENT INFORMATION
What are your pricing terms?
All listed prices are based on EXW (Ex Works) terms. For CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) or FOB (Free On Board) pricing, please contact us directly as we need additional information to calculate these prices.
What are your payment terms?
With Our Brand:
- Option 1: 30% upfront, 70% prior to shipment.
- Option 2: 30% upfront, 40% prior to shipment, 30% up to 30 days after delivery (payment insurance cost will be added to the total amount).
- Option 3: 100% upfront (2.5% discount on the total amount).
With Your Brand:
- Option 1: 40% upfront, 60% prior to shipment.
- Option 2: 40% upfront, 30% prior to shipment, 30% up to 30 days after delivery (payment insurance cost will be added to the total amount).
- Option 3: 100% upfront (1.5% discount on the total amount).
Can I customize the packaging for Artnamic products?
Prices include basic eco-friendly packaging. If you require customized packaging options, please contact us to discuss your specific needs and we will provide you with the available options.
What branding options are available for Artnamic products?
All our products are branded with the Artnamic logo. Private labeling is available upon request. If you wish to have products branded with your own label, please contact us to discuss the requirements.
Are there different color options for your products?
Yes, our products are available in a range of colors to suit your preferences. If you have specific color requests, please contact us to explore the available options.
What are your delivery schedules?
- Samples: Estimated production and delivery time is between 4 to 15 days from receipt of payment.
- Bulk Orders: Delivery timeline depends on the order quantity, generally ranging from 20 days to 2 months.
