For Products Under Our Brand:
Option 1: Payment Structure: 30% upfront, 70% prior to shipment.
Option 2: Payment Structure: 30% upfront, 40% prior to shipment, 30% up to 30 days after delivery. Payment insurance cost will be added to the total amount.
Option 3: Payment Structure: 100% upfront. Incentive: 2% discount on the total amount.
For Products Under Your Brand (Private Labeling):
Option 1: Payment Structure: 40% upfront, 60% prior to shipment.
Option 2: Payment Structure: 40% upfront, 30% prior to shipment, 30% up to 30 days after delivery. Payment insurance cost will be added to the total amount.
Option 3: Payment Structure: 100% upfront. Incentive: 1.5% discount on the total amount.
Shipping Terms: Prices are based on EXW (Ex Works) terms from Hillegom, The Netherlands.
For CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) or FOB (Free on Board) terms, please contact us for additional pricing.
Delivery Time: Orders are typically processed within 10-45 business days depending on the quantity and customization requirements.
International Shipping: We can arrange shipping through DHL, FedEx, or a freight forwarder of your choice.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon.
Customs & Duties: All customs duties, taxes, and import regulations are the responsibility of the buyer.
Loyalty Discounts: Returning customers with annual purchases exceeding €50,000 receive a 5% discount on all future orders.
Seasonal Promotions: Keep an eye out for special offers during the holiday season and trade fairs.
Standard Products: 10-45 business days.
Customized Orders: 15-60 business days depending on the level of customization.
Expedited Production: Available upon request with a 5% surcharge.
Product Warranty: All products are covered under a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty Claims: To file a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days for items with manufacturing defects. Custom orders are non-refundable.
Return Process: Contact our customer service to initiate a return. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a defect.
Order Placement: Orders can be placed directly via email (sales@artnamic.com) or through our website.
Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation with all relevant details.
Changes to Orders: Changes or cancellations must be communicated within 48 hours of order placement.

Custom Colors: If you are looking for a particular color that we do not offer, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
