We’re looking for a skilled Leather Artisan to join our studio and create exceptional handcrafted products—from bags to accessories. You’ll transform raw materials into artful, functional items while working closely with designers and makers who share your passion for quality and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Handcraft leather goods from start to finish: cutting, stitching, edging, and finishing.

• Read and interpret design specs to create consistent, high-quality pieces.

• Maintain and care for studio tools and materials.

• Collaborate with the product team to refine techniques and improve design outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in leatherworking or artisan craftsmanship.

• Familiarity with both hand tools and small machinery.

• Detail-oriented and proud of precision.

• Enthusiastic about working in a creative, quality-first environment.
